Testimonials
I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for chiropractic I would still be in pain. A car accident left me with constant lower back pain. I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery. I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it. So I decided to go to a chiropractor before the surgery and I am so thankful that I did. My back pains are gone and I am living my life to the fullest and pain free.

Types of Massage

Swedish Massage

A flowing, relaxing massage that addresses your entire body for full muscle relaxation. You will experience light to medium pressure in order to release toxins, increase oxygen levels, and improve circulation. In addition to being a great relaxation massage it's also therapeutic and a great addition to your overall health regimen.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deeper, healing pressure which helps alleviate pain and tension in the deeper muscles and connective tissues. Although some discomfort maybe felt, the benefits of this massage are reduction of muscle spasm, chronic tension and/or chronic pain and increased range of motion.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy is a system of soft tissue manipulation techniques that seek to balance the nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. Neuromuscular Therapy releases trigger points in muscles, and helps correct muscular imbalances that can cause pain and discomfort. Additionally, Neuromuscular Therapy uses soft tissue manipulations on tendons and other connective tissue to assist in muscle balance. Neuromuscular Therapy also addresses nerve pain caused by pressure from soft tissues including muscles, fascia, and tendons. Neuromuscular Therapy is effective in helping with conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD), Back pain, Neck pain, and Sciatica.

Myofascial Release

This technique, while not strictly massage, is another gentle and highly effective techniques used by the therapist to help facilitate release of restrictions in your fascia (a widespread connective tissue) that can cause tightness and pain. If you feel that you could relieve your discomfort or pain if you could "just stretch that area" then Myofascial Release could be just what you're looking for.  The gentleness of Myofascial Release makes it the treatment of choice for many who suffer from Fibromyalgia, Functional Scoliosis, Lupus, and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. It is also effective in helping athletes achieve better performance.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CTS is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system- comprised of the bones, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protect the brain and spinal cord. Gentle holding of specific areas of the body encourages optimal flow of these fluids which nourish the nervous system, organs, muscles, and bones of the body. Optimal flow allows the body to release old restrictions from disease, surgery or trauma and alleviates uncomfortable systems. This technique is beneficial for people of all ages- infants, children, and adults. CST is a very relaxing full body approach that is very useful in helping Migraines, neck and back pain, Autism, Scoliosis, Brain and Spinal Cord injuries, Chronic Fatigue, and other Stress and Tension related problems.

Sports Massage

If you are working out a log, planning a sporting event, or heavy workout, this is a great way to condition your muscles and help to avoid or reduce soreness and fatigue. Athletes of all skill levels can benefit from Sports massage.

Trigger Point Therapy

Your therapist may recommend this technique to help loosen and reduce knots in the belly of the muscle which are usually brought on over time and caused by excessive stress, hyper-extension, or injury. Relief will be achieved as the trigger points are released, resulting in increased blood flow and decreased lactic acid or toxins.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage therapy is one of the most relaxing, most luxurious massages you can get. Heated river stones are held in the massage therapist's hands and used to perform the massage strokes. The heated stones make stress and tension seem to melt away.

Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu is an ancient form of therapy which is believed to have origins in eastern medicine.  Ashiatsu has been a common therapy in Asia many years, and Ashiatsu variations are now practiced throughout the world. Ashiatsu provides unique pressure point differences and long, smooth massage strokes delivered via a well trained therapist’s feet rather than
hands to help relax muscles and aid in muscle recovery.
